You feel it is especially important that leadership be made aware of the situation and given appropriate solutions. To effectively communicate with the CEO and shareholders, you must develop a memo.  Within the memo, you must explain the issues, as well as offer appropriate solutions.  For help with format and writing style of a memo use an example of a persuasive memo. Memo is written in business style of writing not academic. Do not use in-text citation in the memo rather than quote work must be paraphrased.     Within the memo include each of the following: Header: with To, From, Date, and Subject Provide Introductory paragraph Provide one to two paragraphs outlining the issues. Provide three to six paragraphs describing solutions. Provided a closing paragraph that summarizes the information. Within the memo include each of the following: Must describe the issues of the current ethical culture. Must describe which stakeholders are affected by the issues, such as employees, shareholders, local community, society, etc. Must develop a plan to change the ethical culture. Must convince the CEO and shareholders of the importance of the changes.
