This study guide assignment will count double (17 points for SG13 and 17 points for SG14). You do not submit for SG13. Instead, once SG14-420-345 is graded we will duplicate the points into the SG13 assignment for you. Start your work with a sort section labeled Summary with a summary and justification of your design choices. f you create your own decorative or content images (not required), include how you created them in this summary section. You may not use figures from our book or other sources for content unless you make them your own and cite them. This is so you learn the content, not just make a submission. Second, include a labeled Contemplation section on what you learned this week from doing your creation and from your feedback from the previous SG assignment. Create a representation of physiology that will be your study guide for these weeks. Major topics to represent include Describe the digestive system from the perspective of motility, digestion, absorption, and secretion. Describe the digestive system from the perspective of the three phases, cephalic, gastric and intestinal. Compare and contrast the metabolism in the fed state to the metabolism in the fasted state. Pick two of the sections of the endocrine chapter from the four modules of cortisol, thyroid hormones, growth hormone, and calcium regulation. State which two you selected. Compare and contrast the two components of the endocrine system that you selected. Include in-text citations throughout your work and at the end of your work include a Work Cited section. You need in-text citations for any direct quote (6-7 or more words from any source, or an image), and for paraphrasing anything other than our textbook and lectures. Include the full citations in Works cited for all sources, including paraphrasing the textbook. Review the rubric for the seven criteria – correct, complete, clear, connected, creative, contemplative, and constructive criticism. For constructive criticism credit be sure to submit on time and complete your peer reviews by 11:59 pm on the Thursday after the submission deadline. Your assigned reviews should appear in your To Do list in Canvas.
