Data Collection The data collection section will be written by team members (2 per team; 1 qual and 1 quant); however, everyone will work together to determine how data collection will happen. Although measurement is a significant portion of data collection, that piece will be written separately. The data collection section should include: 1.     The process of data collection:  What process will participants go through to complete data collection?  Include obtaining consent, where the data collection takes place, etc. 2.     A description of the variables to be studied.  For quantitative methods, discuss dependent, independent, and moderating variables (if applicable). For qualitative methods, describe the concepts of interest.
