We are helping a German company EDAG find potential partners in Africa. So far, our team has made some progress. Three companies that can be considered have been preliminarily determined, namely Mobius motor in Kenya, innoson vehicle manufacturing in Nigeria, and wallyscar in Tunisia.
The next thing to do is to analyze the business environment, relevant national laws and regulations, competitive factors, and other external factors of the countries where the three companies are located, to screen two of them as further potential partners.
EDAG is a company with many businesses, so we can consider providing specific services based on the needs of partners. It does not necessarily require all-around cooperation.
The goal of the whole cooperation project is to maximize the benefits of EDAG. The analysis tool considers Porter’s five forces analysis.
