Write a response paper examining society at large during the COVID-19 pandemic. In your first response paper, look at how culture (local(California), national(US), or global) changed during the pandemic.  Focus on one issue only. Your response papers should be argumentative: make a strong claim in the introduction (i.e. thesis) and argue it through. You will be rewarded for, above all, your original thought. Your paper will be evaluated on the strength of argument and clarity of writing.
