Case study: Improve the Car Maintenance Experience Students form teams of 3-4. The aim of the task is to improve the car maintenance experience in a garage. Students first will watch two interviews: one with a truck owner (client) and with the mechanic (employee) detailing their experience. Based on the input from the interviews, students then need to apply the design thinking process to enhance the car maintenance experience. The main aim of this assignment is to apply the design thinking process in a work-life setting. Make sure that you refresh your memory on the Design Thinking journey (slides uploaded to week 10 and week 11 on MyCourses). One team is expected to submit one. Make sure that you list all the names and UID of the team members on the cover page. This document covers the following points: Add notes about the interviews with the truck owner and the mechanic.
