Ivey Publishing. – google search ads  – hubspot social media  Framework for the whole article: Objectives: Choose a company and diagnose their social media content marketing strategy; propose a realistic strategy to improve the current one (if the group comes to the conclusion that the company needs to improve or change the current strategy) using the concepts and tools we have learned in the course, build a sample of one social media content strategy.  Framework specific to your task: Based on what you learned from the class, using guidelines on Chapters 8 and 13 (Steps for Content Marketing Strategy), HubSpot Social Media, Google Ads Certification, and case studies of YouTube and Five Guys – Identify what can be improved? And How can it be improved? How will you implement – Identify at least 3 key areas to improve; each point must be supported by evidence.  Task: – WHAT TO IMPROVE: Decide what social media are you’re going to improve presence (at least 2, one must include a free YouTube channel. Suggest at least 3 recommendations for at each social media.   – GOALS: Choose your social media marketing goals (at least 3 goals). – WHERE: Which social media are you going to be present? And why? o  – HOW: Define tactics linked to the sales cycle (consumer journey). Specify the goals, areas for improvement, recommendations, implementation. What are the Key Goals (KPIs) for each social media? How are you going to measure them?  – COMPETITION: Data analysis, see what your competitors are doing. – AUDIENCE: or target groups, What target audience? define your audience/persona (age, location, interest, job title, etc). o Identify your customer’s pain points? o  – TYPE OF CONTENT: What type of content are you using in each social media? – DISTRIBUTION: Define how you are going to distribute (Paid, Owned, Earned media).
