Although there are various models and frameworks of change, the one formulated by Kurt Lewis as early as 1947, is considered effective, simple and easy in explaining change management. According to Lewin’s theory, change can be categorized into three phases namely; Unfreeze, Transition (change), and Refreeze (Freeze) (Rosenbaum, More, & Steane, 2018).
