A big part of managing people is recognizing Antipatterns. Review Table 3.1 in Software Engineering at Google – Chapter 3.

Using table 3.1 and the Recurse Center’s social rules, write two dialogs of at least 10 lines each between a new engineer and a senior engineer.

• In the first dialog, use Antipatterns and the “No’s” from the social rules.
• In the second, write the same dialog using the Recommended patterns and adjusting the social rules to focus in a respectful, positive way.
