Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate can only be turned into sugars and strach, where did you get the idea that it can be turned into proteins and lipids? The aim of photosynthesis is to fixate sugars.
It still lacks A LOT of synthetic biology. You need to describe pathways, how they are integrated, how they are expressed, which genes and proteins are important, what effect do they have, how it can raise the yield of protein production or something. This is nowhere near, sorry! It is getting a bit better, but not a pass.
