Case study: you need to address your research question(s) by drawing on evidence from one or two detailed case studies, which may focus on a context with which you are familiar. You can use appropriate concepts, theory or framework as the analytical perspective to organise your case study. 5. Conclusion and discussion: conclude your findings, and discuss the implications of your case studies for real-world organisations. 6. Use some sub-titles, the style of reference must be Harvard.
