A baker‟s speciality is a cake containing fresh cream. Between 25 and 30 of
these cakes are demanded each day by customers. The frequency distribution
of the daily numbers demanded over the last 100 days is given as follows:

The cakes are made in the morning before the shop opens. Each cake costs
Sh. 100 to make and sells for Sh. 180 per cake. Any not sold by the end of the
day are given to the staff free.
