Violence is America’s favorite pastime. We love violent movies, violent sports, and violent video games. Scarcely does a day go by that we do not engage with some sort of violent entertainment. Many would argue that this fascination with violence creates a more violent society. Some would say that this violence id a mirror of our already violent world. Others would argue that this violent entertainment is simply just that, entertainment. The topic of violent entertainment is particularly relevant when it comes to kids. Kids are interacting with large amounts of violent content ant younger and younger ages. This causes fear and paranoia in adults.
