Consider you have just been hired as a practice manager at a health system. Your boss, the chief of family practice, has a goal to create a new approach to delivering primary care. For this assignment, read and analyze the attached case study and data set. Consider the following as you analyze the case study:
1. Read the case and discuss primary care encounters that you have experienced (pros and cons). If you have not had previous experience with primary care encounters, you may want to consider conducting some additional research on the topic.
2. Do internet research on emerging trends in information technology (big data, cognitive computing, data visualization, text mining, wearable technology, mobile computing, Internet of Things, etc.).
3. Examine the attached data set. Conduct some preliminary descriptive analysis, including visualization (be sure to include some key points of your descriptive analysis/visualization in the body of your case study). Your analysis of the data should drive your recommendations.
Your case study analysis SHOULD be between 3-4 pages in length, excluding your cover and reference pages.
