what the module has been about (big data, smart innovations) and think how that might apply to the issues of climate change in a country like Indonesia? What opportunities are there for big data to contribute to more sustainable and careful management of the environment? How might it help the population adapt both in the long term and short term? Think carefully about the data visualizations you are presenting? In the file attached there are comments from the lecturer try to solve the following questions: There is a comment OK these results are just taken from the website, I think the data are broken down by age group. Perhaps you could present it in a more interesting manner? Might be worth looking at again? Other comment These sections are rather long, Could you summarise them a little more succinctly? You could pull out the key messages, with just an example of the data visualization and then put the rest of the data into an Appendix so your report is not too long. Other comment What do you think about these nice graphics – perhaps you could comment on the effectiveness of them? I think that they are rather nice. What impact could big data / technology have on this. I note that only 8% of people are receiving early warning alerts but I suspect mobile phone usage is very high in Indonesia. What opportunities might there be to help people be more prepared as a result? How can people be educated?
