This assessment involves FOUR (4) parts, of which ALL should be addressed: Using an example of a strategic business issue find an organisation that you are familiar with. This can be the organisation you already selected in Assessment 1. Alternatively, you can use a suitable case study organisation that you have found in the public domain. Prepare a report in which you: Identify THREE (3) training and/or development needs related to the organisation’s strategic business issue, Prepare an outline of a training and/or development program to address one of three needs, Describe the learning theory/ies that underpin the design of your training and/or development program, and Describe how you would evaluate the success of the program.
