Leadership is not something you are born to do but a choice you make.      Education- Bachelors in Criminal Justice/Human Services completed in 2013 Master’s in Psychology will complete June 7th.  Three classes left of Supervisors core     Experience  March 17th 2014-October 12th 2018. Clermont County CPS as a investigator  October 15th-June 6th 2020 Brown County CPS as a Investigator/Ongoing worker  June 8th 2020-January 14th 2021 Supervisor at Highland County CPS  November 2019-Present oncall worker for CPS and currently helping with screening calls since short staffed.    As a supervisor I supervised Intake, Ongoing, and Screeners. I supervised 9 employees.     I have the ability to adapt to change well. Get important information from my leader to my team and help with my team adapt to the changes.      I have superior engagement skills to meet the agencies mission and vision to be able to help families and get them moving with services but not only with  checking boxes off a list but seeing behavioral changes and help to coach my team into superior engagement skills.
